We believe that our young people and their families will be among those hardest hit by the COVID-19 crisis and that as the economic after-effects of the lockdown are felt, they will suffer a further blow to their education and futures. When it is safe to reopen our centres our students will urgently need help to support their recovery from the severe after-effects of the lockdown.

Unfortunately, due to financial difficulties resulting from COVID-19, a Brighton funder has had to withdraw their funding, leaving IntoUniversity with a £100,000 gap in funding for the next academic year. This situation provides us with an exciting opportunity to put on a new challenge event - the 100 for 100k challenge - to raise the funds which will allow us to provide recovery support needed to get young people back on track, after the disruption to their learning caused by school closures.

IntoUniversity supporters and staff are taking on a range of challenges involving the number 100 over the month of August, incuding running, walking and cycling 100km, to raise money for the charity. You can find individual fundraiser pages at the bottom of this page. Any sponsorship you can offer to support our work will be gratefully received.

You can follow our fundraisers journey's on IntoUniversity's social media platforms during the month of August, with the #100for100k.

If you would like to find out more about the challenge or if you'd like to get involved, check out our website for more information.
